Making “mom friends” and having support during the first amazing, exhausting and sometimes isolating months of your baby’s life can make all the difference as you become a first (or second or third…) time parent. This supportive and welcoming group is inclusive to all expecting, new moms or birthing parents. Group is led by local birth and postpartum doulas Hilary Baxendale and Tessa Catto This weeks group will meet at the Goodwitch Cafe in Hastings due to an issue at our usual location, First drink and pastry on me! Ages birth to one year. No walkers please.
